I was really struggling with menopausal symptoms after I stopped taking HRT. I have always been relatively active and could get away fairly easily eating what I wanted, but my weight was becoming harder and harder to maintain and the excess fat around the middle was becoming a problem. I told a friend I was thinking of joining a slimming club when she recommended Nicole.

I noticed a huge difference in my symptoms within the first 2 weeks of working with her. My food cravings were gone, my night sweats improved and I was actually sleeping through the night, which was major for me. I joined Nicole almost a year ago and I have never looked back. I was on my own weight loss journey following a diet as a member of a weight loss club. I chose to start the first step nutrition programme with Nicole as I have done her fitness classes for a few years and trust her immensely! I was in a really bad place with my body, my weight was not so much of a problem, I had found out I was going through perimenopause.

With a very hectic work, life schedule and 2 small kids at home I had terrible brain fog, severe fatigue, constant headaches and always hungry, to name but a few things. I needed to take control….

Nicole was there and so eager and willing to help. Over the seven weeks I got my energy levels up, my fatigue diminished massively and my head felt great. Nicole’s one on one nutrition & fitness coaching program was recommended to me by a friend. I had done her Reset plan in the past but with two occasions coming up and having no confidence at all I wanted to do something to feel good about myself, to be fit and healthy with more energy for family life.

I was very nervous about starting, but Nicole was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She is easy to talk to, very informative and definitely is amazing at what she does, pushes you to your ability.

I feel great now. I have got into my size 12 clothes, I have more confidence, more energy, more knowledge on healthy eating, nutrients and the value of sleep and just feel good in myself. Nicole has helped me achieve a much better relationship with food and my understanding of what I should be eating for my body and my health has totally improved. Her nutritional program was very informative and Nicole really understood my situation when giving me my personal plan. I’ve enjoyed cooking some fabulous dishes and using some new ingredients that are really tasty.

I lost 11lbs over the 7 weeks we worked together, even though she never made that our focus. For the first time in my life I don’t feel like I’m on a diet – just eating a little different than I used to. I am feeling so much better about myself, and have gained my confidence back.

My original intentions when signing up with Nicole was to eat healthier to feel better in myself. I personally got so much more than that from Nicole! In the current covid climate I was finding work/life stressful and used to get quite anxious for no reason, Nicole recommended techniques and supplements to help me and after only a few weeks I am feeling a lot calmer in myself.

My mindset and understanding of nutrition has completely changed. I now look forward to making new recipes knowing how beneficial these ingredients are for me. I feel I have gotten so much more than I expected from doing the program and Nicole was such a pleasure to work.
